Effective November 4, 2026. This notice covers www.genxchi.com, operated by General Express, a Division of ARL Network, 24415 S. Intermodal Court, Elwood, IL 60421.
What you send us. When you use the contact or quote form, we collect what you type: your name, company, phone, email, origin and destination, and your message. When you ask for a recruiting callback on the Drive With Us page, we collect your name, phone, email, the position you want, your CDL class and endorsements, and any notes you add.
How we use it. To answer and follow up on your request. Quote and contact requests are kept for our team to answer. Callback requests are emailed to our recruiting team so a recruiter can call you back. We do not sell what you send us.
Visit counts. On the Drive With Us page we count visits, clicks on the Apply buttons and callback requests, together with where the visit came from (for example Facebook, Instagram, Google, a printed QR code, or a direct visit), so we know which channels reach drivers. These counts do not include your name, IP address, a device identifier or a cookie. The source of your visit is kept in your browser only until you close the tab.
Applying for a job. The Apply buttons take you to Tenstreet's IntelliApp application site, where applications are taken by ARL Transport (owner-operators) and Team One (company drivers, technicians and office staff). What you enter there is collected by them under their own privacy policies, not this one.
Who else handles it. Only the service providers that host this site, store form submissions and deliver our email, acting for us; and anyone the law requires us to share it with. Nobody else.
Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
How long we keep it. As long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices. To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or with any question about this notice, call (815) 714-2845 or write to us through the contact page. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
